Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a payment reference link. Payments are matched between 9am–1pm and 2pm–3pm daily — once confirmed you’ll receive a “Thank You” email.

Orders are dispatched in sequence using a 24-hour courier service, although delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier collection schedules.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded brown envelopes or boxes, depending on order size. Your privacy and discretion are always prioritised.

All UK and international orders include full tracking. Tracking updates are issued daily between 5–6pm, so you can monitor your delivery progress at every stage.

All sterilised substrates and spore syringes are produced in small, high-turnover batches to ensure maximum freshness. Most items are dispatched within 7 days of sterilisation, often packed directly from cooling racks.

Store all products in a cool, dry, dark place (ideally refrigerated):

• Inject & Forget bags / BRF substrates: ~60+ days
• Horse manure / 50-50 mix: ~45 days
• Rye grain bags: ~30 days

Spore Syringes:

• Store at 2–8°C
• Use within 6 months
• Once opened, use immediately

Keep syringes sealed in sterile packaging and away from heat or direct sunlight. For best results, store alongside:

• Agar plates
• Microscopy kits
